'The Dominate by Number Rule'. It simply means dominate over non-muslims using your numbers.
Some of these northerners in Nigeria, whom are Saudi puppets, still have this “born to dominate" mentality. They are taught to marry many wives and give birth to so many children, because they are practicing the born to rule formula ~The more you reproduce in numbers, the more land grab and resources you can control~
They believe it is their right to control the mineral resources of the southerners because of constant brainwashing from the Saudis. The Christian southerners naturally marry only one wife and give birth to few kids, because they plan ahead for the future and have no hidden domination agenda.
